This letter introduces Peng Rock, a systems engineering practice based in Zunyi, Guizhou. We design, integrate, and manage enterprise technology infrastructure for organisations that treat reliability as a baseline, not an aspiration. We are a brand of Zunyi Sun Pengyan Network Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Zunyi, Guizhou, China. Our practice covers the full lifecycle of enterprise systems, from initial architecture consulting and systems design through controlled deployment, integration, and ongoing managed operations. • Cloud Architecture & Migration. Enterprise cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We handle workload assessment to determine what should move and what should stay, phased migration planning with canary testing and automated rollback procedures, cost governance frameworks that prevent budget overruns, and security architecture for both hybrid and cloud-native environments. Every migration includes a rollback plan tested before we begin.
• Network Infrastructure Design. High-availability network design for organisations with demanding connectivity requirements. SD-WAN, MPLS, multi-site connectivity with redundant paths and automatic failover, network segmentation for compliance, load balancing, and performance engineering for bandwidth-intensive environments. Redundancy is standard in every design we produce.
• Cybersecurity Programs. Zero-trust architecture, threat detection engineering with SIEM deployment and log analysis, incident response planning with documented procedures and tabletop exercises, and compliance frameworks aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards. We assess your specific risk profile and implement controls that address your actual threats.
• Systems Integration & Middleware. Enterprise application integration through API gateways, event-driven architectures, message queuing, and custom integration layers. We specialise in connecting legacy systems with modern platforms, building workflows that are both automated and fully auditable.
• Managed Operations. Proactive monitoring, incident management with documented escalation procedures, capacity planning, patch governance, and performance tuning as a fully managed service. We provide 24/7 coverage with regular performance reporting tailored to your team's needs.

Every project follows the same four-phase structure. We begin with discovery, auditing what exists and interviewing stakeholders to understand what needs to change. Then we design a solution on paper, review it with your team, and revise until it holds up under scrutiny. Deployment happens in controlled stages, with canary testing at each milestone and rollback procedures ready before we start. After go-live, we stay on for monitoring, performance tuning, and documentation handover.
